Ingredients for Rainbow eggs

• Hard boil eggs
• 1 small cup mayonnaise
• 1 small cup mustard
• 1 small cup pickle brine
• Salt to taste
• 1 small cup sugar
• 1 tbsp hot sauce
• 1 small cup blue tortilla chips
• 1 small cup paprika
• 1 small red pepper
• Baby carrots cooked in saffron water
• 1 small cup Saffron water
• Avocado
• lime
• Fresh parsley
• Cilantro
• Beets

Method to make Rainbow Eggs

• To make this recipe let start with our different step. So our first step to make this recipe is take eggs and boil it harder. When it done then separate the eggs white and yolk. Now take mixing bowl and add into it egg yolk now add 1 small cup mayonnaise, 1 small cup mustard, 1 small cup pickle brine, Salt to taste, 1 small cup sugar and 1 tbsp hot sauce now mix it well.
• Then take eggs white and on top of it add eggs yolk mixture and then add on top of it blue tortilla chips.
• Then again take eggs white and on top of it add plain eggs yolk mixture.
• Now separate the eggs yolk into four parts in four small cups.
• Now take on one part and add into it 1 tbsp of paprika and mix it then add on the top of eggs white.
• Then take one more part of it and add diced red pepper.
• One more part and then add cooked baby carrots and saffron water now mix it and add on the top of the eggs white.
• Now the last part add into it avocado, lime and fresh parsley now mix it and add on the top of the eggs white and add cilantro.
• Now take some more eggs white and add on the top of it beets. When this all is done now its ready to make rainbow of it.
• Now its ready to serve and enjoy.
